Brynna Connor, MD
Dr. Brynna Connor, is our Healthcare Ambassador. Her role is to help inform and educate the public about health and wellness matters generally at NorthWestPharmacy.com.
Dr. Connor is licensed to practice medicine in both Texas and Illinois. Board-certified in family medicine and she practices anti-aging and regenerative medicine. She is also a member of the Texas Academy of Family Practice, the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, the Texas Medical Association, and she has been a pioneer in telemedicine since 2014.
She is incredibly concerned about the high cost of prescription drugs and its impact on patient access to pharmaceutical therapy. In her own private practice, she is sensitive to each patient’s specific insurance and financial situation and believes it is important that physicians advocate for and assist patients in making their healthcare dollars go as far as possible. Dr. Connor has a passion for helping patients to connect their mind and body through a whole-health approach.
Her professional goals are to assist her patients in any life stage, to help them to become better healthcare advocates for themselves, to learn to ask the right questions, and to be unafraid of doing so.
When Dr. Connor is not caring for patients at her private practice or utilizing NorthWestPharmacy.com as a platform to provide insights to the public about important health and wellness matters, she enjoys being active in the great outdoors and supporting her favorite charitable causes which include, rescuing animals and volunteering at a local clinic in her area that provides medical care to those who cannot afford to see a physician.
Ami Patel, PharmD

Dr. Pan is a board-certified clinical oncology pharmacist at Smilow Cancer Hospital of Yale-New Haven Health. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2015. After graduation, she completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital and a PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Since completing her residencies, she has spent the last few years working as a clinical oncology pharmacist at Yale and focuses specifically on women's oncology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and eating, doing Crossfit, hiking, spending time with friends, her cat and reading.
